Na turnir Umag Trophy je projekt, ki ga kolektiv agencije B4 gradi 365 dni na leto in načrtuje do zadnje podrobnosti. V zadnjih dneh smo bili zaradi nepredvidljive vremenske napovedi primorani kompleksno logistiko turnirja prilagoditi na scenarij B, vse z željo po nemoteni izvedbi tekmovalnega in spremljevalnega programa turnirja ter seveda čim večjem zadovoljstvu udeležencev turnirja.
V nadaljevanju boste na enem mestu našli zbrane vse pomembne informacije, ki jih boste potrebovali kot udeleženci in obiskovalci turnirja v kategoriji U11. Pozorno jih preglejte, saj smo v zadnjih dneh in urah potrdili nekaj sprememb, o katerih morate biti obveščeni.

The Umag Trophy tournament is a project that the B4 agency team builds 365 days a year, planning every last detail. In recent days, due to unpredictable weather forecasts, we have had to adjust the tournament’s complex logistics to Scenario B—all with the goal of ensuring the smooth execution of both the competition and entertainment program, as well as maximizing the satisfaction of tournament participants.
Below, you will find all the key information you need as participants and visitors of the U11 tournament category, gathered in one place. Please review it carefully, as we have confirmed some changes in the last few days and hours that you need to be informed about.

AVTOBUSNI PREVOZI
Za ekipe (igralce in člane strokovnih štabov) bodo med hoteli in prizorišči zagotovljeni avtobusni prevozi. Vse informacije o njih bodo predstavniki ekip prejeli na četrtkovnem tehničnem sestanku.

For teams (players and coaching staff), bus transportation will be provided between the hotels and venues. All relevant information will be given to team representatives at the technical meeting on Thursday.

PARKIRANJE / PARKING
Zaradi razmočenega terena bo parkiranje omogočeno v omejenem obsegu in po standardnem režimu. Ob prihodu na prizorišče upoštevajte navodila redarjev.
Za prizorišča turnirja v Dajli in Katoru parkiranje ni organizirano in ni plačljivo.

Due to the wet conditions of the terrain, parking will be available in a limited capacity and according to the standard regulations. Please follow the instructions of the stewards upon arrival at the venue.
For the tournament venues in Dajla and Katoro, parking is not organized and is free of charge.

TEHNIČNI SESTANEK / TECHNICAL MEETING
Tehnični sestanek se bo začel ob 21.15 v gledališki dvorani Antonio Coslovich. Za predstavnike klubov bo oragniziran prevoz iz hotelov orgniziran. Tehnični sestanek bo v živo prenašan na Facebook strani Facebook Slovenia.

The technical meeting will begin at 21:15 in the Antonio Coslovich Theatre Hall. Transportation from the hotels will be provided for club representatives. The meeting will be streamed live on the Facebook page Facebook Slovenia.
