REPORT ON B4 ACTIVITIES FOR 2025
A Year of Stories, Partnerships, and Growth
B4 Agency is among the leading organizers of sports training camps and international sports projects in Slovenia. For many years, it has been setting high standards of quality execution within the sports-tourism environment. The year 2025 was marked by the continuation of carefully planned growth and the further development of long-term projects at B4. Alongside new opportunities, our primary focus remained on upgrading key programs and delivering them at an even higher qualitative level.
This report provides an overview of B4 Agency’s operations in 2025—through the projects, partnerships, and decisions that shaped the year.
SPORTS CAMPS
Winter Camps
Winter training camps represent one of the core activities of our agency. Each year during the winter period, we organize training camps for professional clubs, lower-division teams, and youth squads seeking stable and reliable working conditions in Slovenia and the wider region outside the competitive season.
In 2025, our Winter Camps program hosted 59 teams, which completed their preparations at the established locations of Terme Čatež, Umag, and Novigrad. These destinations offer a high-quality combination of sports infrastructure, accommodation, and logistical accessibility, even during the most demanding part of the season. As part of the winter preparations, we organized more than 50 friendly matches, enabling teams to test tactical solutions, evaluate squads, and assess their level of readiness in a realistic competitive rhythm.
The season was marked by the return of clubs from Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia, confirming long-term trust in our approach and execution. NK Osijek completed its preparations in Novigrad, while NK Celje and FK Tekstilac prepared in Umag.
Teams participating in winter camps also included HNK Rijeka, SK Sturm Graz, NK Bravo, NK Radomlje, NK Aluminij, NK Triglav, NK Tolmin, NK Brinje Grosuplje, NK Široki Brijeg, and FC Fehérvár. A special segment of the winter program included preparations of SK Spartak Trnava in Turkey (Side), as well as the arrival of the French and Croatian women’s futsal national teams in Novigrad.
Summer Camps
Summer camps represent the second key seasonal pillar of B4’s operations. Summer 2025 was characterized by a high level of diversity among participating teams—from professional football clubs to national teams and indoor sports. During the summer period, we hosted football clubs, youth and senior national teams, and indoor sports teams.
The football program included clubs such as NK Celje, FK Shkëndija, CSKA Sofia, FC Kryvbas, FK Čukarički, HNK Hajduk Split, GNK Dinamo Zagreb, FC Luton Town, FC Charlton Athletic, Újpest FC, Göztepe SK, Budafoki MTE, HNK Gorica, HNK Vukovar, NK Bravo, ND Primorje, and FK Vllaznia, among others.
National teams were also a significant part of the summer cycle. The Slovenian U21 national football team trained in Kranjska Gora, as did the Slovenian and British women’s basketball national teams. The representative program was further complemented by Qatar’s youth national teams (U16 and U17).
UMAG TROPHY 2025
A Five-Week Peak of the Tournament’s First Decade
The 10th anniversary edition of the Umag Trophy was the central project of B4 Agency in 2025 and the highlight of the tournament’s first decade as one of the largest youth football tournaments in Europe. Over five consecutive tournament weeks, the event once again confirmed its status as a benchmark on the European youth football map.
Between 6 March and 6 April 2025, the tournament brought together teams from 14 countries across seven age categories (U8–U14), delivering twenty days of intensive and diverse football action in Umag and the wider Istria region. The main venue was the Stella Maris Sports Centre, which hosted both the competitive matches and a rich accompanying program.
The anniversary edition gained additional prestige through the participation of numerous elite European clubs, including FC Barcelona, Juventus, AC Milan, Atlético Madrid, Hajduk Split, and Dinamo Zagreb, as well as the symbolic return of MTK Budapest, winners of the very first Umag Trophy.
Even in its anniversary year, the Umag Trophy was far more than just a football tournament. The accompanying program, fair play awards, and strong integration with the local community once again highlighted the core values of respect, responsibility, and sportsmanship that have defined the tournament since its inception.
Despite demanding weather conditions, the organizational team successfully delivered the event at the highest level. The anniversary edition clearly demonstrated the organizational maturity of B4 Agency and, at the same time, set the direction for the tournament’s next decade of development.

NATIONS CUPS
The Nations Cup tournaments remain among B4 Agency’s most recognizable traditional projects. In 2025, we successfully delivered the Slovenia Nations Cup U19 (men) and the Women’s Slovenia Nations Cup U19 in Kranjska Gora, providing national teams with a high-quality preparatory environment supported by professional organization.
The representative program was further expanded with the Istria Nations Cup in Umag, dedicated to futsal national teams. The tournament brought together teams from Slovenia, Ukraine, Italy, Slovakia, and France, as well as Futsal Select (USA), further extending the project’s international reach.
INDOOR SPORTS
Indoor Sports represent an important extension of B4’s portfolio and its expansion into indoor disciplines and events with a different operational dynamic. In 2025, this pillar gained a clearer structure through the organization of indoor events and the strengthening of club partnerships.
In April, Ljubljana hosted Fight Nation Championship 22, the largest combat sports organization in this part of Europe, where B4 acted as the official event organizer at Arena Stožice. The project confirmed the agency’s capability to operate in environments with high media exposure, large audiences, and complex organizational requirements. In 2025, cooperation with FNC was further expanded to include the development projects FNC Knockout and FNC Vikings, with events organized in Maribor and Celje.
The indoor program was also meaningfully integrated with summer camps. In Kranjska Gora, the Slovenian and British women’s basketball national teams trained as part of the Summer Camps, while RD LL Grosist Slovan handball clubalso prepared there for the new season.
A significant upgrade was achieved through cooperation with RD LL Grosist Slovan, where B4—beyond organizing training camps—assumed the role of official agency for the club’s European season. Together with the club, we co-created home European matches as comprehensive sports events, including the organization of European away fixtures and the reception of visiting teams at home matches, enhanced with additional content for fans and business partners.
FOUR OTHER PROJECTS OF NOTE
The year 2025 was also marked by strategic partnerships and projects that demonstrate the breadth of B4 Agency’s operations. Notably, cooperation with the Slovenian Football Referees Association included referee support at international friendly matches and the organization of a referees’ seminar within the B4 training framework. This collaboration contributes to a higher professional standard of matches while providing Slovenian referees with valuable international experience.
A major organizational challenge was the delivery of a UEFA Europa League qualifying match between FC Shakhtar Donetsk and FC Ilves at Slovenia’s largest stadium, Stadion Stožice. B4 acted as the official match organizer, managing the complete operational logistics—from team arrivals and accommodation to stadium coordination, security services, protocol, and compliance with UEFA standards.
A further dimension of growth is reflected in projects outside the traditional sports environment, grouped under B4 Events, a segment we continue to strengthen systematically each year. Among these is the long-standing Fizian Annual Conference, which brings together leading experts in sports rehabilitation. B4 provides full event organization—from venue selection and accommodation to conference facilities, catering, and social program—allowing the client to focus entirely on content.
In a similar manner, cooperation with Sanolabor was expanded in 2025, alongside the delivery of several smaller, thematically related events for other clients.
An additional dimension is represented by B4 Holidays, through which we generated more than 1,000 overnight staysin 2025. Across various destinations, we designed boutique holiday programs for clients and partners, combining leisure tourism with a personal approach and long-term partnership building.
OUTLOOK FOR 2026
The year 2025 was a year of consolidation, connection, and growth. In 2026, we aim to continue and deepen this work—through further development of existing projects, even higher execution quality, and a responsible approach toward all stakeholders with whom we collaborate.
Our sincere thanks go to all partners, clubs, federations, athletes, destinations, and colleagues who co-created the B4 Agency story in 2025.
We wish you a successful, healthy, and sports-inspired 2026, and we look forward to new shared projects and stories ahead.
