BRDO PRI KRANJU & TC PREDDVOR
Brdo pri Kranju is a hidden gem of Slovenia, spread over 500 hectares of beautiful parkland, with its forests, lakes and castles, its rich history unobtrusively intertwined with modern times.
The park also includes a multi-purpose sports complex with excellent football training facilities. The Brdo National Football Centre, together with the renovated Hotel Elegans ****, creates an environment that inspires football enthusiasts.
Next to the National Football Center in Brdo, which offers three grass areas together with a grandstand that can accommodate around 500 spectators, we at B4 have also developed the Preddvor Training Center for the needs of professional team preparations in 2024. Just ten minutes away, the soccer base for training in the embrace of unspoiled nature boasts a field with natural grass (105 x 64 m), a smaller auxiliary field with artificial grass and all the associated infrastructure that enables the organization of training and preparatory matches at the highest level.
Brdo pri Kranje is not only a sports center, but also an oasis of peace, where nature intertwines with sports and culture.
It is just a ten-minute drive from the centre of Kranj and a half-hour drive from the Slovenian capital Ljubljana. Ljubljana Airport is just 15 minutes away, which means that guests are always close to, yet far enough away from, the hustle and bustle of the city.
The location is ideal for teams who want to get away from the public and enjoy some peace and quiet during their preparations. In the recent past, Brdo pri Kranju has hosted Trabzonspot, Dinamo Zagreb and Shaktar Donetsk, and we have also organised the Women’s Eurobasket 2023 draw at the nearby Congress Centre.
