The B4 team is brought together by sport, events and tourism, but above all by people who genuinely enjoy working in this environment.

Our team consists of individuals with different skills, experiences and perspectives, united by a collaborative, flexible and personal approach to their work. We aim to bring the same mindset to our relationships with clubs, athletes and partners, building strong, trusted and long-term partnerships.

Even during the busiest periods, we remain a close-knit team, combining a professional approach with a relaxed and positive atmosphere. Together, we create projects, solve challenges and make sure that both the quality of our work and strong relationships remain at the heart of everything we do.

The people who feel most at home at B4 are those who enjoy sport, positive energy and working with people. People who know how to come together when the pace is at its highest and can still share a laugh at the end of an intense day.

MANAGEMENT

Timotej Krajnc

CEO 

The founder of the company, who has been driving the operational and strategic work of the agency with dedication and enthusiasm from day one. 

He has been in touch with sport and football all his life. As a player, even at the highest national level. While playing in the elite ranks of Slovenian football, he has already been quietly thinking about the next steps in his career. In a busy schedule of training sessions and matches, he found time to study at the Faculty of Sport at the University of Ljubljana, where he focused on sports coaching and media. 

His high ambitions meant he soon moved from the pitch to the sidelines. He was there from the beginning – as a coach, head of scouting, match manager, and in the offices where the story of the B4 agency began. 

As a licensed FIFA Match Agent, he is still heavily involved in the organisation of all football sports camps under the umbrella of B4, as well as in the planning and execution of other projects.

Emir Haskić

Managing director 

As Managing Director, he manages the company’s operations. His areas of responsibility include the development of vision, strategy, new products and clients, and expansion into markets outside football, as well as the management of major clients and oversight of operations and human resources management. 

Through his experience, he has acquired a unique combination of knowledge and experience in the fields of tourism and sport. From 2006 to 2013, he was in charge of sales at Hit Alpinea in Kranjska Gora and continued his career as Sales and Marketing Director at the Austria Trend Ljubljana Hotel before joining B4 in 2020. 

In the sports field, he is most closely connected with basketball. As a basketball coach and assistant, he has worked for leading women’s clubs on the Slovenian scene, as well as the national teams of Slovenia, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

In 2021, the Slovenian Congress Office awarded him the honorary title of Congress Ambassador of Slovenia in the field of sporting events, and a year later the Basketball Federation of Slovenia entrusted him with the responsible task of managing the Women’s European Basketball Championship.
