The Stella Maris Football Centre in Umag is a true oasis for football enthusiasts. With three natural grass pitches that meet the strict FIFA requirements and one auxiliary pitch, it offers unique conditions for football training. In addition, there is another artificial turf pitch, which was renovated in 2019. The football centre is only a kilometre from the hotels, which means it is conveniently accessible for both youth and senior football teams.
In addition to the football pitches, Umag also offers a training hall for indoor athletes such as basketball players, volleyball players, handball players and others.
The pleasantly warm temperatures in the winter and especially in the spring and autumn months are ideal for training cycling or tennis teams, which have a number of perfectly prepared sandy courts.
